Enhancing function, Transforming lives: Myofunctional Therapy for Optimal Health and Wellness

What is Myofunctional Therapy?

Myofunctional therapy is a specialized form of therapy that focuses on the muscles and functions of the face, mouth, and throat. It aims to correct improper oral habits, such as tongue thrusting, mouth breathing, and incorrect swallowing patterns, which can lead to issues like speech difficulties, dental problems, and obstructive sleep apnea. Myofunctional therapy helps improve oral muscle strength, coordination, and function through exercises and techniques, ultimately promoting better facial development, breathing, and overall health.
