A 4-week group program designed to help kids build strong oral habits, calmer breathing, and healthier sleep—while having fun! A family-friendly introduction into the foundations of functional breathing.
What We’ll Work On:
Breathing: Tools to support nasal breathing for better focus, energy, and calm.
Chewing & Swallowing: Practice proper patterns that strengthen muscles and aid digestion.
Sleep & Habits: Gentle strategies to improve rest and reduce habits like thumb sucking or mouth breathing.
Coordination & More: Playful, hands-on activities that build awareness, function, and confidence.
