Bailey Ferguson, B.S. | Sociology
Bailey is often the first friendly face — or voice — you’ll encounter when reaching out to MyoMovement. With warmth, thoughtfulness, and genuine care, she helps clients feel supported and welcomed from the very beginning of their wellness journey.
Bailey grew up in Charlotte, NC, and is grateful to serve the same community through her work at MyoMovement. She earned her degree in Sociology from Appalachian State University and has always been drawn to people-centered roles. Her natural empathy, organization, and attention to detail make her a meaningful part of the MyoMovement team.
As Practice Manager, Bailey helps oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring that clients, families, providers, and team members feel supported throughout their experience. She coordinates scheduling, communication, referral relationships, and internal systems to help the practice run smoothly across multiple locations.
Bailey also supports MyoMovement’s educational and outreach efforts, contributing to website updates, social media content, and client-facing materials that help make airway-centered care more approachable and easy to understand.
After joining the practice, Bailey chose to go through myofunctional therapy with Ashley herself. Experiencing improvements in her own sleep and overall well-being deepened her appreciation for the work we do and continues to motivate her to help others access the same care.
Outside the office, Bailey enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
